Mohammed Nalapad, prime accused in the pub attack case, was released from the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison on Thursday evening after spending 115 days in jail. Three of his friends were at the prison to receive him.

Soon after the high court granted bail in the morning, advocate Usman, representing Nalapad, collected the bail order and completed all the conditions before the magistrate court. He surrendered Nalapad's passport, submitted Rs 2 lakh bond and two sureties. He collected the receipt from the magistrate court.

Usman reached the central prison around 7.15 pm. Prison officials examined the court order and released Nalapad within 15 minutes, as per the rules.
