The alert to 'mind the gap' between the train and the platform in the metro trains may end soon as BMRCL is planning to fill it with 'wooden material'.
As the passengers' inflow has increased, "people are in no mood to listen to the announcements," Deccan Chronicle quoted a top BMRCL official.
Though the gaps are not as wide as the railways', Namma Metro doesn't want to take a chance to cause a mishap.
In another major change, BMRCL is planning to change the timings of the trains on Sundays.
