Bengaluru: Citizens can now file complaints and give suggestions about government hospitals and health services on WhatsApp.
Text messages sent to +91-9449843001 may carry photographs or videos, if any. The complainant's identity will be kept confidential, and the principal secretary of the Department of Health and Family Welfare will personally review and address the issue. Phone calls will not be answered, the department said.
