Bengaluru: The state government has nominated National Students’ Union of India’s (NSUI) Karnataka vice-president Jayander Singh as a member of the Bangalore University (BU) Syndicate.

“Jayander Singh’s inclusion in the Syndicate will further strengthen the representation of
student interests in the university’s decision-making body,” the NSUI said in a statement.
