A 43-year-old painter, who fell from the third floor of an apartment on Saturday, succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Raju, a resident of Banashankari.
According to the police, Stalin had bagged the contract for the painting of an apartment in Panduranga Layout in JP Nagar. Raju suffered severe injuries after he fell from the third floor. He was rushed to the hospital where he succumbed on Sunday, said the police.
The police booked a case of negligence against Stalin and arrested him.
