Bengaluru: The Bengaluru City Police, in partnership with wellness enterprise Happiest Health, launched 'Project Khushi' on September 11 to improve the wellbeing of police personnel.

The three-month initiative addresses challenges such as long hours, irregular routines, high stress, and poor sleep. It aims to prevent and manage lifestyle diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.

Sessions will be held every alternate Thursday between September 11 and November 20, combining in-person classes and digital modules. The programme begins with a health test to track measurable progress.
