Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) has issued a traffic advisory for Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, owing to a protest at Freedom Park led by Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi.
Diversions
Traffic from Shantala Junction and Khoday's Junction to Anand Rao flyover, Old JD(S) Office Cross, and Sheshadri Road to Freedom Park has been restricted.
Commuters are advised to take another route via Lulu Mall, KFM, Rajeev Gandhi Circle, Mantri Mall, Swastic Circle, Sheshadripuram, Nehru Circle, Race Course flyover and Race Course Road.
Those travelling from Mysuru Bank Circle towards Chalukya Circle are requested to travel via KG Road, Mysuru Bank Circle, Sagar Junction, KG Junction, Elite Junction, TB Road, KFM, Rajeev Gandhi Circle, Nehru Circle, Race Course flyover, and Race Course Road.
Traffic from Chalukya Circle towards Mysuru Bank Circle is redirected via Chalukya Circle, LRD Junction, Rajabhavan Road, and Infantry Road towards Indian Express.
People travelling from Kalidasa Circle towards Freedom Park must take the Kanakadasa Junction and right turn towards Sagar Junction.
Commuters from Maurya Junction going towards Freedom Park are to take the right towards Anand Rao Junction at Subbanna Junction.
