Here are easy-to-make and pocket-friendly dishes for the monsoon. They go perfectly with just about any beverage

PANEER, CARROT AND CHEESE GRILL SANDWICH
These are super easy to make. They can be made with ingredients that are readily available at home. Use grated carrot, onion, coriander, green chilli, cheese/paneer, butter and bread. You could use Mayonnaise. You could even alter the fillings. You could either have it plain or
have it grilled.

MALAI KABAB
These are an ideal substitute for the Monsoon ‘pakoras’. It’s a combination of bread, chicken, cream and spices formed in the shape of cutlets, coated with bread crumbs, egg and deep fried. These can come in any shape or size. They serve as a perfect comfort food.

CORN AND CHEESE BALLS
This is nothing but corn and cheese mixed in Schezwan chutney. It’s shaped into balls, coated with crumbs and deep fried. It doubles up as a perfect evening snack, especially on rainy days.

CAULIFLOWER POPCORN
These are similar to how you make pakoda. They are small pieces of cauliflower, marinated with spices of your choice, dipped in multiflour batter and deep fried. They turn out to be crispy, tasty and healthy too.
