A 28-year-old scooter rider died on Tuesday morning after his vehicle came under a water tanker near the Agara flyover in HSR Layout, Southeast Bengaluru.
The victim was riding a Suzuki Access on the service road of the 27th main road of HSR Layout when the accident occurred, a traffic police officer said.
