Bengaluru: The police department on Saturday appointed T Kodandarama, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) of the Criminal Investigation Department, as the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) for Cubbon Park.
However, shortly thereafter, a new order was issued placing a stay on the transfer until further notice. In the initial order, the department instructed Kodandarama to report for duty immediately. But minutes later, a subsequent order was issued, revoking the first and stating that the transfer had been put on hold until further notice.
