Student career fair for women

A “Student Career Fair” exclusively for women students from computing, IT and engineering backgrounds, will be a new feature at the annual Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing India (GHCI) 2015 conference that will be held on December 3 and 4.

Conducted by the Anita Borg Institute (ABI) India, a non-profit organization focused on the advancement of women in computer science and engineering, the fair will allow women students to meet top recruiters from global technology organisations and explore internship and full-time job opportunities with some big companies.

Companies such as Google, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, are the official sponsors of the event.
Students interested to attend the fair will need to register themselves.

A release from Anita Borg Institute (ABI) India, stated that the Student Career Fair will give a chance for the attendees to get an insight into the real world of technology through live discussions with experts from across organisations, share novel ideas with representatives from your dream company and discover the availability of jobs and internships and network with peers and role models from the world of technology and computing.
