“Subsidy has been announced to 34 movies for 2008-09. It is the tradition to give Rs 25 lakh to children's movies and Rs 10 lakh to other movies. But ‘Gubbachigalu’ has not been considered under Children’s Film category. Hence, only Rs 10 lakh was given to the movie,” Suresh said.
