Scary yet thrilling

In a remote region of the Bering Sea, the crew of the salvage ship Arctic Warrior makes a hell of a discovery when it finds the eerie remains of the grand passenger liner Antonia Graza, believed to be lost for more than 40 years.

The salvage rights to the Antonia Graza belongs to whoever finds her and brings her back to the port.

The grand liner could be worth a fortune to the crew of the Arctic Warrior, but once on the board the salvage crew confronts the ship’s horrific past and faces the ultimate fight for their lives.

Starring Gabriel Byrne, Juliana Margulies, Isaiah Washington, Ron Eldard, this thriller titled, Ghost Ship on HBO will be shown on December 14 at 9 pm.

In the beginning of 2020s, on the planet Earth, an evil organisation called the Space Development Centre (SDC) is hunting down all aliens who arrive on the planet, to carry out terrible experiments on them and harvest the cosmic energy they need to become masters of the universe. Linus, Taki, Iris and Monroe, founders of the school Astronomy Club, decide to do everything they can to ruin the SDC’s plans.

Helped by Linus’s best friend, Boom, a six foot four inch alien who has the power to change into a human, and thus go unnoticed every day after school they set off on missions to free the unfortunate extra-terrestrials captured by the SDC.  

In the land of her ancestors

The inspirational culinary travelogue, Kylie Kwong: My China follows Kylie into nine cities, as she travels back to China, the homeland of her ancestors and reignities her passion for the flavours of the East. Kylie Kwong guides viewers through the components of delectable Chinese cuisine highlighting distinct flavours and textures.

On December 14, between 10 pm and 10.30 pm, the journey continues along the Eastern seaboard and leads Kylie into China’s largest and youngest City, Shanghai. With her foodie friend in tow, Kylie goes hunting for the origins of Shanghainese food.

The road leads her from fancy clubs to ancient fishing boats. 

Switch into a dino’s world

Prehistoric Woods will recreate the sights and sounds of the primordial past to reveal what it must have been like to be a dinosaur.

The stories in Dinosaurs are Back on Discovery Channel will allow the animal’s point of view to come forward and be the motivation for the programme itself.

 When a volcano threatens in the distance, the dinosaurs are aware that something is happening but cannot prepare for events about to occur.

Fun never ends

Cartoon Network brings Krishna & Balram – kids favourite series which revolves around eight-year-old Krishna’s and nine-year-old Balram’s escapades in Vrindavan.

Along with Radha and their friends, Krishna and Balram are always having fun: be it playing pranks on the unsuspecting gopis, stealing butter (makhan) or destroying any demon sent to kill Krishna by his evil uncle.
