Several passengers of a SpiceJet flight from Bengaluru to Kolkata were stranded at the Kempegowda International Airport as the airline could not take off on time due to technical issues.
The flight SG 741, scheduled to take off at 6.30 pm, was grounded for nearly three hours. Frustrated passengers took to social media to complain.
One of them, Mayank Malpani, tweeted to the airline: “The flight has tried take-off twice but failed... No clear communication from your ground support.”
The delayed flight was expected to arrive in Kolkata only at 11.40 pm.
