Bengaluru: A technical glitch observed at Whitefield (Kadugodi) metro station early on Friday morning led to the disruption of metro services from the station on Purple Line.
The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) said normalcy returned only at 9.55 am, when train connectivity from the last station on the Purple Line was restored.
According to the BMRCL, trains were being operated only between Hopefarm Channasandra and Challaghatta stations from 5 am on Friday .
As a temporary measure, no trains were being operated from the Whitefield (Kadugodi) station.
However, services on the Green Line were unaffected.
