Bengaluru: Thousands turned up for the Tiranga Yatra organised by the state government to express support for the Indian Army’s Operation Sindoor, launched in retaliation to the Pahalgam massacre.

The Tiranga Yatra was held on Friday, from KR Circle to Minsk Chowk, with the participation of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar. The yatra saw enthusiastic involvement from the general public, employees of government and private organisations, and members of various associations.

Speaking at the event, Shivakumar said, “We should all support the struggle our soldiers are waging to protect the country. Our soldiers are our pride.”
