Bengaluru: The organisers of the India MSME Conclave 2025 announced the launch of the event, scheduled from May 30 to June 1 at Tripuravasini, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector across Karnataka and India. Jointly organized by the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), and the Peenya Industries Association (PIA), the conclave serves as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and growth.
At the press conference in the city on Wednesday, speakers - President of FKCCI M G Balakrishna, President of KASSIA M G Rajagopal, and President of PIA Shiva Kumar R - emphasised the pivotal role MSMEs play in contributing to GDP and job creation.
A key highlight of the press conference is the demand raised by the organizers for the creation of a dedicated Railway MSME Park, specifically tailored to meet the requirements of enterprises involved in the railway sector. With 50% of railway parts being supplied by MSMEs such a park, they argue, would not only fulfill industry-specific needs but also significantly boost industrial growth and employment in this segment.
The three-day conclave will bring together MSME entrepreneurs, PSUs, large corporates, financial institutions, policymakers, and industry experts. It aims to bridge gaps between stakeholders, promote indigenous manufacturing under the ‘Make in India’ initiative, and foster meaningful vendor development.
The conclave will also address broader strategies to expand the network of MSME parks, enhance access to policy and financial support, and promote sector-specific training to bridge the skills gap. It will spotlight critical sectors such as automation, robotics, machine tools, electronics, renewable energy, packaging, and more. Over 250 MSME stalls will showcase products and services, while curated B2B meetings, expert-led seminars, and hands-on workshops will offer opportunities for networking, skill development, and knowledge
sharing.
