City police arrested three interstate thieves including Saleem alias Bombay Saleem who had come on bail and committed nearly 40 officenses including murder, kidnap,  robbery, house burglaries in Bengaluru and neighbouring states. Indiranagar police arrested Saleem is a native of Bengaluru along with his associates Dhananjay and Rajesh and sized two bikes and 350 grams of gold jewelries.

Indiranagar police arrested Saleem is a native of Bengaluru along with his associates Dhananjay and Rajesh and sized two bikes and 350 grams of gold jewelries.

The police arrested three members of an interstate gang and recovered two bikes and 350 grams of gold jewels.

The suspects are Saleem, a resident of Bengaluru, Dhananjay and Rajesh.

Saleem alias Bombay Saleem, who had come out on bail and had committed nearly 40 offences including murder, kidnap, robbery, house burglaries in Bengaluru and neighbouring states with the help of Dhananjay and Rajesh.

Saleem was arrested in a theft case at Srirangapatna and remanded in judicial custody. He was lodged in Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.

With the help of his associates, he executed murders, abductions and robberies from the prison.

He was released four months ago and had burgled valuables from a businessman's house at Indiranagar.

A senior police officer said that the preliminary investigation revealed that the suspects targeted locked houses in Rajajinagar, Srirampura, Peenya, Rajagopalnagar and other areas in the city.
