Three more Dasara holidays for schools this year

Primary and secondary schools run by the Karnataka government will have 240 working days in the 2020-21 academic year, nine less than the current academic year.

As per the detailed schedule released by the Department of Public Instruction, the next academic year will have three more holidays during Dasara during the later part of the year.

Schools are also required to celebrate all national festivals on the same day, the department said in a press release .
