Bengaluru traffic has been in the headline quite a few times, with stories where people are seen working on their laptops while stuck in the jam, or someone ordering a pizza from food delivery app.
Recently, one such story has caught the attention where a man "self-porters" to work as he fails to find a ride on Ola or Uber, adding this to the list of peak Bengaluru moments.
Porter is a service that allows people to transport goods in the city limits, and across.
Pathik took to his X account and posted a picture of him sitting behind a Porter employee on a two-wheeler. The picture shows the employee wearing a helmet with 'Porter' label on it.
"Had to porter myself to office today cuz no ola uber :(" the caption read.
The picture since posted has garnered over 145k views and a flurry of comments. A user commented, "Don't give zepto ideas bro."
"Did he knot you to the seat?" commented another humourously.
"Modern problems require modern solutions huh?" a third user wrote.
"Traffic-king," commented a fourth.
"Great innovative idea to reach to work in Bengaluru," wrote a fifth.
"Thank you for the idea. Next time whenever I'm in Bangalore I'll try out this trick," commented a sixth.
The official X handle of Porter too commented under the post, after it got viral on the platform.
"Talk about a #BangaloreBrainwave! When life gave you no Ola or Uber, you channeled your inner superhero and self-ported to work! Namma Bengaluru, we salute your creativity and problem-solving streak and kudos to you for sharing this wonderful adventure with us," the company handle commented.
