Bengaluru: In view of the second edition of the Karnataka State Police Run on Sunday, the Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) has prohibited parking in and around the heart of the city from 6 am to 10 am.

Parking will not be permitted on Dr BR Ambedkar Road, Raj Bhavan Road, KB Road, Sankey Road, Nrupathunga Road, AG’s office to Chalukya Circle, Queen's Road, and Museum Road. 

The run will commence from the grand steps of the Vidhana Soudha and proceed via KR Circle, Nrupathunga Road, Kasturba Road, Siddalingaiah Circle, Queen's Circle, Queen's Road, CTO Junction, Police Thimmaiah Junction before reaching the Vidhana Soudha.

Vehicles going towards the Vidhana Soudha from KR Circle will be diverted, as will vehicles going towards the Vidhana Soudha from Balekundri Circle and CTO Junction. No vehicles will be allowed towards the Vidhana Soudha. Vehicles going towards Old Madras Road and Old Airport Road will be diverted towards Devanga Road, Shanthinagar, and Richmond Circle.
