The Khadi and Village Industries Commission’s multi-disciplinary training centre is conducting a detergent cake making course for the benefit of unemployed youth, homemakers and self-help groups (SHGs).
The trainees under this programme will be provided financial assistance along with the subsidy under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme scheme of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, to start their own units.
The training programme will be held for a period of one month between May 6 and June 5 at the multi-disciplinary training centre of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Vijinapura, Dooravaninagar, Bangalore, according to a press release issued here on Tuesday.
