Two men sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman employee of a private company in HSR Layout.
Though the incident happened on Tuesday, it came to light after the woman posted a message about it on social media.
At 10.30 pm on January 23, the woman came out of her house in HSR Layout sixth sector and 14th cross to take the dog inside when two men on a white bike slapped her back and fled the scene. The woman was unable to see the bike's registration plate in the dark. But she remembered that both men wore jackets and the pillion rider had slapped her when she raised an alarm.
The police said the case was registered on Wednesday. They have taken the CCTV footage and laid a trap to catch the men.
