The victims were identified as Vikram (21) from Bihar and Soori (33) from Nepal. Vikram worked as a security guard at a vacant factory, while Soori was employed as a driver for a textile shop, both located near Yelahanka New Town. Their bodies were discovered on Monday morning at the factory where Vikram worked.

Preliminary investigations suggest the two may have partied the previous night with acquaintances, who are now considered suspects. The police suspect an altercation during the gathering might have escalated into the fatal incident.

"Details will become clearer once arrests are made and interrogations are conducted,” said a senior officer.

The Yelahanka New Town police have registered a case of murder and are continuing their investigation.
