The arrested are Bhuvan Gowda and Rajesh. Earlier, the police had arrested Obanna T and Gangadhar.

The total number of arrests in the case has risen to four. Police suspect that Gowda had sent explicit visuals to Ramya on social media. It is being verified, officials said.

On July 28, Ramya filed a complaint with the Bengaluru police commissioner Seemant Kumar Singh, naming 43 social media handles that were used to abuse her and troll her after she had posted about the Supreme Court proceedings in the Renukaswmay murder case, where actor Darshan Thoogudeepa is an accused.

The arrested suspects are allegedly fans of Darshan’s. Nine more suspects have been identified from Bengaluru, Kolar, Chitradurga and Ballari and would also face legal action, officials said.
