When you sing in high pitch, some notes do get a slight nasal touch, but one can't brand that nasal singing altogether. I used to think that my songs are becoming hit still people are criticising my singing. I wanted to give my singing the name of high-pitched voice, but so many people criticised me. I was hurt,” said Reshammiya. In his forthcoming film Radio, the singer has crooned songs in two distinct voices. One in his trademark high-pitch voice and the other in a lower octave without the nasal touch.
