The condition of Anand, a young boy who had to be moved from one hospital to another for non-availability of ventilators, is still critical. He is being treated at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health in the City.
Unconscious and having high fever, he was taken to three different hospitals on Tuesday before he could be put on ventilator.
The other child Akash, who is being treated at the Vani Vilas Hospital, is said to be recovering. He had fallen off a two-storey building. He would be under observation for some days, and once all his vital organs stabilise, he would be weaned off the ventilator, doctors said.
