The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will hold its ‘Janagraha’ rally here on Sunday to build pressure on the Centre to promulgate an ordinance to pave the way for the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya.

The rally, scheduled to be held at National College Grounds on November 25, was postponed following the demise of actor-turned-politician M H Ambareesh.

According to the organisers, thousands of people from Mysuru, Mandya, Kolar, Hassan besides Bengaluru will participate in the convention. The convention is scheduled to start at 4 pm. Two conventions – one in Hubballi and another in Mangaluru – were held last week.
