The committee headed by MLA M K Pattanashetty had recommended the government to take disciplinary action against him on the charge of causing loss to Marketing Consultants and Agencies Limited (MCA).
Vivek Kulkarni said the committee’s report wrongly showed him as Managing Director of MCA. Further, it had made the recommendations without following principles of natural justice, he said.
