Bengaluru: A 21-year-old man has been booked by the police for performing a wheelie and riding without a helmet near Thalaghattapura.
The police said the man, identified as Naresh G, was spotted riding his Suzuki Access scooter recklessly and performing stunts without a helmet on Anjanapura 80 Feet Road around 11.45 am on Sunday.
Patrol officers detained him at the scene and took him to the Thalaghattapura traffic police station. He has been booked under Section 281 (rash driving or riding on a public way) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and relevant provisions of the Indian Motor Vehicles Act. Further investigations are on.
