As many as four witnesses were examined in connection with the murder of hotelier Bhaskar Shetty.
Special public prosecutor Shantharam Shetty told DH that the suspects were heard through video conferencing and were not produced physically.
He added that the four witnesses who were examined include the auditor of the late hotelier Bhaskar Shetty, Surendra Nayak, charted accountant, his friend Roopraj, driver Ratnakar (who was involved in searching the bones of the victim) and Jayaram from whose shop the suspects had purchased a can and rope before the crime was committed.
Four witnesses will be examined on Tuesday. A total of 15 witnesses are examined till date.
