"It is not merely an allegation made by the BJP; it has also been reported by the media," he said, in reference to the accusation that a "Pakistan zindabad" slogan was heard after the victory of Congress candidate Syed Naseer Hussain was announced at the Vidhana Soudha on Tuesday.

"We have forwarded the voice recording to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL). Upon receiving the report, if it is verified that someone did indeed shout 'Pakistan zindabad', that individual will face consequences," the chief minister remarked.

"If indeed such a slogan was raised, there will be no leniency. We will take stringent and decisive action," he asserted.
