Exuding confidence that his government would stay intact despite dissension within the party, Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar on Monday said the State budget would be presented in February.
The budget, he indicated, would not only be pro-poor, but also address the aspirations of farmers, dalits and the common people.
Addressing a function organised to felicitate his 58th birthday, the chief minister pledged to make Karnataka a model state.
