Burnt car with charred body inside found in Udupi

The identity of the person has not been established as the body is charred beyond recognition

A burnt car with an unidentified charred body was found in an isolated place at Henaberu in Byndoor taluk of Udupi district, Karnataka on Tuesday late night.

According to the police, the car was completely burnt and the body is beyond recognition.

The body was found behind the driver's seat, and it is unclear whether it was a case of suicide or murder. A case has been registered at Byndoor station and investigation is in progress.
