Speaking at a press conference at Anavatti in Sorab Taluk, he criticised the BJP, referring to it as the British Janata Party, and labeled Amit Shah a criminal.

Madhu responded to Amit Shah's statement, saying, "We worship Ambedkar as a god because, although we cannot see God, Ambedkar provided a dignified life to millions of oppressed people living on this earth."

He accused C T Ravi of being part of the BJP's conspiracy to prevent the Ambedkar insult case from coming to the forefront, claiming that Ravi has grown in politics by engaging in such activities.

In the Legislative Council, MLC CT Ravi was arrested under the constitution drafted by Ambedkar for using obscene language against Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar. The government is committed to ensuring that he receives the maximum punishment under the law, he added.

Madhu stated, "If they now tie a bandage on their heads and sit on the road, the people of the state will not accept it."
