The new Toll Free Helpline number 1800 4250 100 is accessible by all BSNL users and other mobile/landline users within and outside the State. However, to make the Toll Free Helpline number (which is 11 digit) easy to remember, the BSNL has given a six digit number: 155365. The objective is to help poor citizens, senior citizens and those living with HIV/AIDS. The citizens can also pass on information about crime and criminals, suggestions for improvement of police-community relations and any grievances regarding corruption among police.
