Mangaluru: Bantwal Rural police have filed a case against RSS leader Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat for allegedly making provocative statements aimed at triggering unrest in society.
Dr Prabhakar Bhat while addressing a gathering of 500 people during a condolence meeting organised at Madhwa Palace Kalyan Mantap in Kavalapadaru village in Bantwal taluk made statements that would have created disharmony and enmity between two communities, police said.
The case against Dr Bhat was registered under section 353 (2) of BNS.
