In his complaint, Sachin said that while he was travelling on his motorcycle from Kalavara to Japti, he noticed a plastic banner of the national flag of Pakistan hanging loosely on the road. The complainant later stopped his motorcycle by the roadside to take a closer look and observed that about 300 meters away on the same road, on the opposite side, there was another plastic banner with the national flag hanging loosely on the road.

It was also cut and lying by the roadside due to vehicle movement. It appears that some miscreants had hung plastic banners of the flag on the public road, obstructing vehicle traffic. To prevent any accidents caused by these banners lying across the road, the complainant removed the banner obstructing traffic and placed it safely by the roadside.

A case has been registered in this regard at Kundapur Rural Police Station under sections 285 and 292 BNS.
