Bengaluru: In the wake of AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and CM Siddaramaiah attributing Dr B R Ambedkar’s poll loss to Veer Savarkar and Communist leader S A Dange, Leader of Opposition (Council) Chalavadi T Narayanaswamy on Sunday dared Congress leaders to substantiate their claims.
He said, “If Jairam Ramesh, Kharge, his son Priyank, and the CM can corroborate their claims with documentary evidence, I will resign as LoP and retire from politics. Will Kharge, Ramesh or Priyank withdraw from public life if their claims turn out to be false?”
