A six-year-old boy riding his bicycle near Bajal Kattapuni was run over by a tipper on Wednesday.
The deceased boy was identified as Mohammed Jishan, son of Hidayathulla from Bajal.
The child was playing when the incident occurred, eyewitnesses told police.
