Bengaluru: The undergraduate entrance examination by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admissions to private engineering colleges will be held on May 10.
The scores of the test will be accepted even at 50 private and deemed-to-be-universities across the country. A total of 22,000 seats are available for 2025-26.
Online exam
The online exam will be held at 200+ cities across the country, covering over 400 test centres. Over 1.2 lakh students are expected to register this year.
COMEDK authorities have advised students and parents to be cautious about the fake websites and use only the official website for updates and application process.
“Over 150 top-tier colleges admit students through this platform and we take pride in connecting young talent with quality education,” said Dr Kumar, executive secretary of COMEDK.
