Congress veteran Kagodu Thimmappa collapses in temple in Sagar

Doctors say his condition is stable; he had come to have a darshan of the deity during Marikamba Devi fair

Sagar: Veteran Congress leader and former Minister Kagodu Thimmappa, who had come to have a darshan of the deity during the Marikamba Devi fair here on Tuesday, collapsed in the temple.

He was immediately taken to the general hospital by temple committee members and police personnel. Doctors said he recovered after treatment and his condition is stable.
