Corp Bank opens branch in Deralakatte

Located at Chiranjeevi Tower, Opposite Ayyappa Swami Temple in Belma Village, the branch was inaugurated by MLA U T Khader in the presence of Nitte University Chancellor N Vinay Hegde, Tulunadu Educational Trust President Prof M B Puranik and Bank CMD Ramnath Pradeep.

The Bank has 43 branches and 54 ATMs under Mangalore Zone. Speaking on the occasion, Khader said the banks have played a major role in transforming lives of people economically and banking system in India has done well. Appealing the residents of Deralakatte to make use of banking facilities, he complimented the Corporation Bank for having provided banking facility in Deralakatte apart from a branch at Thokkottu.

Speaking on the occasion, Vinaya Hegde said that though the Bank is headquartered at Mangalore, it has risen to become one of the best banks in the industry due to its competitive strengths and excellent services. “The top management of the Bank is easily accessible and that has enabled him to continue his association with the Bank for over five decades,” he said.

Prof Puranik lauded the services of Corporation Bank and its contribution in developmental activities of the city in particular. He hoped that the Bank’s proactive approach will earn its business more than its expectations. He also appreciated the Bank for its financial inclusion schemes. The Bank CMD Ramnath Pradeep called upon all residents of Mangalore to bank with Corporation Bank and make use of its products and     services. Bank General Manager B R Bhat and DGM R P Arora among others were also present.
