Speaking on the occasion, he urged Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade not to worry over criticisms. Criticisms have a short life. The service offered by Heggade to humanity and society is a model to the entire country.

He said, “Whenever I visit Dharmasthala, I visit as a devotee. Power is not permanent. It is the work that we carry out in our lifetime which remains permanent. Veerenda Heggade has been guiding us through his works. A temple is a place where communications are made between the devotee and the Lord. Trust and belief is important in life. When we believe in God, he shows us the path to success.”

“Dharmasthala is known for akshara dasoha, anna dasoha, and samskara. The principles of all the religions are the same. We follow the traditions that are practiced by our forefathers. Construction of kalyana mantapas has become a business of late. However, in Dharmasthala, the Kalyana mantapa complex is a contribution to the society," he added.

Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade, MLC Prathap Simha Nayak and others were present.
