Following a letter from the Union Ministry of Renewable Energy regarding the identification of land for establishing solar parks in Savanoor, Subramanya, Nelyadi, and Kadaba, the MP has directed the Kadaba Taluk Tahsildar to submit a report within a week.

Speaking during a public meeting held at the Kadaba Taluk Office, MP Chowta said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under the PM-KUSUM scheme, has emphasised the establishment of solar parks nationwide to promote green energy.

In line with this initiative, the Ministry has sent a letter to Mescom to identify land for setting up solar parks in Savanoor, Subramanya, Nelyadi, and Kadaba. The MP instructed the Tahsildar to assess suitable locations for the PM-KUSUM Solar Park within the Kadaba Taluk jurisdiction and provide a detailed report on the feasibility within a week.

The MP also received grievances from locals. Local residents requested the development of the Kodimbala railway station in Kadaba taluk, stating that it would significantly benefit the local population. Responding positively, the MP assured them that he would discuss the matter with concerned authorities and strive for the station's upgrade.

On looking at a large number of people at Mini Vidhana Soudha, the MP instructed officials to ensure that people are not troubled by delays in minor administrative tasks.

BJP state committee member Krishna Shetty, Kadaba, Sullia Mandala President Venkat Valalambe, General Secretary Pradeep Rai Manavalike and others were present.
