Over 600 children residing in 10 different orphanage schools in and around the city had an eventful Sunday to remember and cherish.

It was a day to experience freedom and relaxation, mingling freely, rejoicing, playing and dancing with one another.

The Rotary Club of Mangaluru Central, in association with the Rotaract Club of Mangaluru City, organised their 20th annual Orphanage Olympics – a sports and cultural meet – at Canara High School, Urwa. The event provided a platform for children to showcase their hidden skills in sports and their talent in cultural activities.
