Balehonnur: The revolution of December 6 might repeat if the Shakhadri family does not hand over Datta peetha to Hindus, said Sri Ram Sene leader Pramod Muthalik. Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was demolised on December 6.
He was speaking during a religious programme organised by Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad on the occasion of Dattamala campaign at Jaycee circle in Balehonnur on Wednesday.
"The Hindu shrine which is spiritually significant, is now under the influence of Islam. With an intent to encroach Datta peetha, empty tombs are constructed inside the cave. Idol worship, arti and ablutions are banned in Islam. However, the Shakhadri family has been encroaching the shrine from the past 30 years and has been ruining the sanctity of Datta peetha," he said.
Muthalik further stated that Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad have been maintaining from the past 30 years that Datta peetha is a Hindu shrine. "Also, there is mythological and historical evidence supporting the same. Despite this, the Hindus of India are forced to fight to claim Datta peetha."
"In Bangladesh, 1.5 crore Hindu's are living in a pitiable condition. However, the Government of India has not been taking any action. The muslims who subject Hindus to atrocities in Bangladesh, are being employed in the coffee plantations in the district. If the district administration doesn't exterminate the illegal Bangladesh immigrants, a huge movement will be carried out by Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal to kick Bangladeshis out of India," he said.
