I will continue to serve my people with the same vigour & tenacity,” Yatnal said.

“I thank all the Karyakarthas, well wishers, friends, acquaintances, Swamijis, Media, my Family which has been a pillar of support & the almighty,” he said.

Prior to his expulsion, Yatnal told the media here that he would not accept Vijayendra as the state president and his fight against Yediyurappa's son to continue.

Yatnal also said " Even though I heards news that Vijayendra may continue as the state president, the party top leaders would consult others and make a wise decision.
