Addressing a press meet here on Thursday, he said District-in-Charge Minister J Krishna Palemar would inaugurate the annual intercollegiate event on January 22, which would be presided by Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Vice Chancellor Prof Suresh S Honnappagol.
Writer Dr Sara Aboobaker, IGP (Western Range) B Gopal Hosur, KVAFSU Board of Management member Monappa Karkera will be the guests.
Various competitions will be conducted for the students of different undergraduate colleges of Mangalore University.
The valedictory will be held on January 24, where CIFA (Orissa) Director Dr A E Eknath will deliver a valedictory address.
