Fishmonger stabbed by four miscreants in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: A fishmonger who had set out towards Kallapi market in Thokkottu was stabbed by four miscreants who had arrived on two bikes at Kannur-Adyar bus stand on NH 75 in the wee hours on Friday.

The victim, identified as Naushad, was stabbed in the back. However, Naushad escaped from his attackers by fleeing the spot. Local residents shifted him to a private hospital in Mangaluru.

Sources told DH that though Naushad had lost plenty of blood, he is out of danger.
